Default Should i reverse remapping????

Hi all. I have a 2002 Audi A4 quattro 2.5tdi, which i have owned for 2 years. When i bought it, it had already been remapped (which cost £300.00) from the standard 180 BHP to 225 BHP. The advice i need is how much better off i would be with the fuel consumption if i had it reversed back to 180 BHP. This is mainly due to the rise of the fuel cost. I was thinking of buying a 1.9tdi or 2.0tdi 2005 model, but i love this car and know i would miss it. Can anyone help me with this. Thanks in advance. Gary.
