Steering & Ignition module replacement

Got an S5 that has a bad steering module and ignition module (according to the computer check from audi)

I was wondering if anyone had any experience replacing these and also where can I find these two modules (Original OEM or used).

If anyone could help would this I would really appreciate any points in the appropriate direction.
