im planning on doing the diode mod on my car next week and i want to tune what i can by using unisettings (which is a free download from unitronics?) my question is can i just buy a vag cable from ebay and plug it in and start tunning? or do i have to purchase other stuff like vag-com, or a licence for the cable etc.? any help would be appreciated.

 

I dont know much about home brew tuning, but if you get a vag cable from ebay and download vag com you should be able to get a start
