I have a 2014 Audi Q5 2.0 base model
I HAVE NOW TRIED EVERTHING LISTED ON THESE THREADS TO FIX P2293
Car runs and drive with no issues
Replaced in this order days to weeks apart
NEW FUEL PUMP TANK
NEW HIGH PRESSURE SENSOR (Bosch)
NEW CAM FOLLOWER
NEW HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP ENGINE (Hitachi)
Still have the error code
reset and it comes on daily at startup or soon after
Any suggestions???

Hi.
I have no answers but u r not alone. A non Audi mechanic replaced the thermostat on my 20114 Q7. The check engine light wouldn’t turn off. And the error code still indicates there is a bad thermostat.
Took it to an Audi dealer. $219 to check codes. Same error message on the new thermostat.
Two months later, I’m getting multiple error messages - TPMS tire pressure system malfunction, Stabilization control (ESC) fault, and the check engine light, etc.
I refuse to take it to the dealer again. They just insult you with the outrageous pricing.
the car is sitting in my driveway for a month. It’s full of moisture due to the faulty sunroof drainage hoses that must be plugged up. Mold is growing now inside.
Why me?
