Bought my 2006 A4 Quattro here with both original and pre-owned warrantees in force.

1. Was promised replacement trim. Never delivered.
2. Phone calls to sales person and sales manager NEVER returned.
3. During 35k service $200 additional work done with NO prior approval.
4. Filled out online Audi questionaire about service experience and asked for follow-up call from either dealership or Audi US. NO RESPONSE.

I've owned Volvo, Ford, Toyota, Fiat in past and this is the WORST dealership I've ever delt with!
