Hey Folks from VA,

I just purchased a 2011 A6 3.0T from Audi of Tyson's last weekend. This was the first time purchasing a used car so I have no prior experieces to compare to. Also, last time I bought a car was in 2004. Anyhow, the experiece wasn't too bad. I walked in to the dealer around 1:00 pm on Saturday, test drove two cars, negotiated the price, and walked out of the dealer with the car around 4:00 pm. So, it took about three hours to drive away with the car and I had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes for the car to be cleaned. So, I suppose this would rate as positive, but not sure.

I need to take my car in for 15000K maintenance shortly. Can anyone recommend a good service advisor at the dealer or let me know who I should avoid? Thanks!
