I've had wonderful experiences with all of these dealers. I WON my TT in Biloxi, MS @ the Grand Casino and took delivery from Mobile, AL.
It was in there for one service visit and out in an hour in Mobile.
On another occasion my top broke (half up half down) and it had to be trucked to Jacksonville, FL to Audi of Jax. to be fixed. Richard the service writer/manager was wonderful. He talked me through my problem on the phone and tried to help me from 175 miles away before we even knew he would get the car to work on.
Apparently there was a top motor "retrofit" that need to be preformed.
Last week while on vacation in the mountains looking for the leaves changing colors, my trunk lock quit working smoothly. With fear of having our luggage locked in the trunk and not being able to get it out, I stopped in Asheville, NC and had them look at it. Danny the Audi service writer took care of me and got me my car back when promised. Audi Trip interruption program got us another car for two days so we could continue our search for the seasons and colors changing in NC, TN, VA, and WV. Wednesday @ 2:30 we picked up our car (washed and cleaned of all the bugs) and we headed down the Blue Ridge Parkway for a wonderful invigorating and colorful drive.
All shops were outstanding. Jacksonville service is also open to 7PM weekdays.
I'm torn between which dealer to take it to for my 5,000 mile service. All were great.
