We bought our A4 new at Laurel in Westmont because I was working nearby. Had top-notch service and great treatment from the folks there. Can't say the same for sales staff. Bought the A3 from Continental and we've been happy there, too.

Stay away from Schaumburg Audi! I guess is the worse "Stealership" in the world!

I have owned several Audis over the past 20 years and have serviced them both at independent shops and dealerships. I have read the comments on this thread and have some advice...both dealers and independents can be good or bad. My current Audi is still in warranty so I take it to the dealer in Glenview (McGrath Audi). I've used him for several years. They were doing such a good job with my warranty stuff that I asked their service guy how much it would cost for one of the maintenances....he gave me a price which actually turned out to be lower than my regular shop....then he explained that I would get only Audi factory parts (Warranty)and an Audi loaner car. Too good to be true....but it was, right down to my loaner, a 2007 A8....I always ask now in both places for bids....some independent guys wiggle around and won't even give you a price....click...not doing that!
I like McGrath....can't speak for others, but they've been great to me.
