New to Audis. But had purchased a Mini from this dealership group before. Looked around and talked with the local dealer. They wouldn't deal on a '04 A4 that has been in their inventory since April '04. Emailed Flow one nite, received email and calls from Edna Lambert, internet sales manager, got great service, very competitive price on '05 A4 1.8 q MT6 SE. Their great customer service and quick answers got them the sale. Picked up the car the next morning. Apparently, they do quite a bit of email business. I believe that she sold 4 or 5 new cars (Audi, Acura, and Sube) that Friday.
