Jack Daniels Dealership - Fairlawn, NJ

I just purchased a pre-owned certified Audi A4 2006 I love the car I chose it over the 2007..
black on black is awesome from Jack Daniels Audi. The word return calls to customer does not exist at Jack Daniels. I have been waiting for my Ipod adapter to be installed its been a nightmare.

If you can avoid this dealership please do so, there has to be a more customer service oriented Audi Dealership that treats their customers with common courtesy not just making a sale and then your ignored.

Sorry for your problems with JD. I hate to say it, but I have posted many times here trying to tell people what total assholes these guys are, but no one wants to listen. This site has no brotherhood when it comes to this stuff. I also own a 2003 Corvette, and on Corvetteforum.com, we stick together, and try to help people avoid bad dealers, and bad situations like this. I have filed complaints against Jack Daniels with the NJ Attorney General (973-504-6200), and the Bergen County Office of Consumer Affairs (201-336-6400). If you get pissed off enough, you can join the club, and file a complaint. Audi of America (1-800-822-2834) will do NOTHING to help you. they suck as bad as Jack Daniels. Sorry for your problem, but I did try to warn everyone here.

BTW, JD wants to charge you about $500 to install an Ipod adapter.Right? Go to a good car audio place, and it will cost you about HALF that amount. Don't give these assholes at JD any business.

$500 to install?
Might as well do it yourself by getting info off the web.

I'm glad I dont live there. I wouldnt do business with them.
Hope you get the adapter installed.

I would suggest everyone to stay away from JD. i had a worst experience when i get my car serviced from here. Jack Daniels Audi is a Terrible dealer who does not care about their customers.

You are right about AoA. They never replied to my letter.
