Default MiraMar Audi San Diego

A++

I heard/read lots of negativity about them, but I live in PB and they are 20mi closer than Escondido so I tried them out. Two visits, both very positive. I'll be back. Maybe they made internal changes? I don't know, new in town. I dealt with both Robert Cook and Jack Meyers.

'07 A3
AC Compressor failure - fixed under warranty
Wiper blades - replaced, $18/ea, ouch
A few pro-active repairs-roof trim, cracked Air Filter
35k check-up
Bulb failure(which some thought the Light was brake pad failure)

two minor cons:
service area is pretty run down, even the customer area. Compared to my place back east huge difference. And Enterprise car rental(complimentary) is a few blocks away, slight inconvenience.

When I was shopping around, I also heard a few rumors of bad dealings with Miramar Audi, but I still checked them out, as the Escondido Audi is a bit further away, making maintenance and service much more of a hassle. Overall, my experience was positive. From the salesman to the service shop, the staff was professional and friendly. I didn't mind the Rental car being a couple blocks away, the driver was prompt and I only had to wait a couple of minutes.

All in all, I have enjoyed my relationship with them. Very pleased!
