Scratched up the area around my audio deck while pulling it out to reset the code then denied it. Got into an argument with them with no result, never doing business there again. If you don't have a brand new car that you just baught from them you clearly get no respect there.

 

Hate to raise this thread from the dead but I just went there yesterday and I spoke with a Bernie. I asked him if there had been any recalls done on my car and he said that there was one that has not been done and I could take it in anytime to get done. He was very friendly and I'll go back to that dealership BUT, only for recalls and small trivial stuff like buying a light bulb or a cabin air filter or oil filter. For everything else I'll take it to EAST MOTORS!!!! Kristian is an awesome guy to deal with and always does good work. He only works on German cars so he knows them inside and out.
