Hi Folks,
I have had the worst car dealership ever with Riverside Audi, Route 3 NJ. I ordered a Q5 in early March, 09 and not alone have I not yet received my car, I have no idea when it is due. Despite 100's of calls no one will call me back. Most of the staff have been laid off. I cannot even get someone to cancel my order so I can go and deal with another dealer. I have called my credit card company to initiate action against them and I have also called Audi USA to open a complaint. Yesterday on line I see that I am not the only one contacting Audi USA about them but apparently they do not even call Audi USA back. These guys must be closing their doors and hence do not want to call clients back. I have given them a $500 deposit as I am sure others have. I would suggest that anyone else in this situation should call Audi USA and open a complaint. I feel sorry for the staff and this place is obviously owned by people who have never heard of customer service or business ethics.
