I had a great experience from Rusnak Pasadena Audi. I ordered an A4 2.0T from them 6 weeks ago, and the car arrived at the dealership 2 weeks ahead of schedule. I bought it thru the internet dept. and it was an easy negociation. They gave me the price I want and there you go, we got a deal. I picked up my car last night, Rusnak did a deep exterior and interior car wash, and wax the whole car for free as well as fueling up the whole TANK for me. I was surprised that dealer would actually fuel it up for customer. So I am highly recommand any future Audi owner to buy his/her car at Rusnak Pasadena Audi.
By the way, the internet saleman is Alex Kang. He is professional and friendly and gave me no pressure at all.
