It's been exactly 2 months since I bought my '03 1.8T Quattro 5-Speed from Town Motors in Englewood, NJ. The dealership took me seriously from the beginning and I believe that I got myself a great deal on my vehicle. I had a minor clutch switch noise that was bothering me, but the service department assured me that after replacing a bushing, there are no problems with the car. The dealer even gives free car washes every time the carfs in the shop. If youfre nice to them, theyfll work out a loaner for you while your babyfs in the shop: all these benefits thanks to a 4 year / 50,000 mile warranty and an effort by a car company trying to reatin and gain customer loyalty. The dealer also gave me a coupon book full of goodiesclike 6 full-service oil change/car wash combo for a prepayment of $100.00. Yes, even for synthetic oil and genuinefilters to ensure warranty coverage. Although a new oil change isnft necessary until the 10,000 mile mark, Ifve made an appointment for one this upcoming Monday, as I will have exceeded 3,200 miles - most of these miles coming from a long distance relationship between Northern NJ and Hartford, CT.
