ehh not an overall good experience..
the saleman i talked to was very polite and helpful even though i didnt purchase my car through them and wasnt interested in buying. he answered all of my questions and even made small talk.

the bad part came when i went to the service department for an oil change on my 98 A8 quattro.

i understood having to wait a good hour.
but when they came and got me they told me that they didnt change the filter, and that they didnt carry a filter for my car(it would have been perfectly exceptable for them to have me schedule an apointment and order a filter), but they still went ahead and changed the oil and charged me the 40$ for a full oil change.

thanks alot guys. i could have done that myself for 20$ and 10 minutes of my time
