Wagner Audi, W. Boylston, MA

I had my 90k service and timing belt done there. As with all dealers, the price was really high, but that's expected. The lots are really crowded and parking is hard. However, I did go in there for some hose clamps and they gave me them for free, so they're pretty nice guys. In general , very helpful people.

Keep Looking, I have brought two Audi's for service to Wagner in the past and they have messed up both of them. My A4's oil pump went last year and when they put the oil pan back on they ether over tightened the bolts or under tightened them. Anyway the result was my oil pan leaking oil on my exhaust system and spraying oil all over any cars that happened to be driving behind me on the Henry Hudson Highway. When I brought it to their attention they refused to do anything to help and it was by then over the 50,000 factory warrantee. My next experience was with my current A6, I brought it in for a vibration in the engine and they found two bad valves and a vacuum leak. When driving the car on the NJ Turnpike in heavy traffic it overheated and the air conditioner shut off. I was lucky to make it to a friend's house before it stopped all together.
