My 96 A6 2.8 radiator fan will not run I replaced the relay and still nothing. Next I took my jumper wires and connect the ground on the radiator thermostat switch to postion 1 the fans started spinning at a low rpm. Then jumped to position 2 the rpms started running at a higher rpm. So replaced the radiator thermostat and the fans are still not running with AC on or the engine reaching temp.
