2008 audi a4 Quattro, p0299 loss of turbo
 

Check engine light on due to this code and there is a leak under the the transmission that is bearliy visible is that the cause of this ? . If so this part what is it and where can i get it , it looks as if the plastic where the pumps connect is broken . Please help
