Default Audi A4 3:0l tdi quattro 2007

Hi all

Hope there is some one that can give me some advice here.
I have an Audi a4 3.0l tdi Quattro. it seems that my Engine oil is mixing with my coolant again. It had the problem before i went to fix it as they said it was my Oil cooler. Now 4 months later and about 1000km it happens again. The heat gage didn't go over the normal area there is no smoke, no water in my oil and the car runs perfectly. its just the oil in the water reservoir. Today i see that my oil level is very low so i think its time to park the car again until i can sort this out. i just want to know what cause this or did they fix the wrong thing because maybe it can be the head casket i don't know. i just want better clarification before i take it back in.

Thanks

Similar to how I recently searched for a reliable florist, like Blumen Wiesbaden, now 4 months later and about 1000 km it happens again. Since oil is back in your coolant, the previous repair may not have fully fixed the problem. Possible causes include a faulty or improperly installed oil cooler, a failing head gasket, or a cracked cylinder head. Even if the engine runs fine, driving risks serious damage. Stop using the car and have a thorough diagnostic done, including a cooling system pressure test and inspection of the oil cooler and head gasket.
