Need Professional Help please

So I am trying to remove this weird problem in the paint of a car I bought during winter and am having some problems. I am not sure what it is from and am starting to worry that it is some form of chemical spilled on the clear coat. These are the best pictures I could get and this is after a heavy cutter and then a light cutter. I think I am going to try wet sanding next to see what that can do. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated if you know what this is. Thanks

you can try to wet sanding but I dont think that is going to help. It is hard to tell by the photo but if you see tiny cracks on the area I would say the clear coat has been compromised.

I tried wet sanding and it lightened it up a little but I am afraid that the clear coat is shot. I went as far as I thought I could without a paint depth gauge so it is what it is now. Thanks for the reply.

sorry man, if you have the panel repainted wait about 60 to 90 day for the paint to degas and put a good coat of wax or sealanton the car to keep the paint protected
