Default Question about cleaning inner fenders

I must have drove through some construction with wet yellow road paint, it got into all the treads on my tires and splattered inside of my fender wells. I noticed the fender wells are lined with an almost felt like fabric, meaning it is a pain to try to clean off the yellow road paint.

Any suggestions or known methods of cleaning these fender wells, I tried 3m Adhesive remover, didn't do much, tried Resolve Carpet cleaner, it seemed to work a little but requires a ton of scrubbing which starts to damage the material a bit.

Try using industrial strength Goof Off. Just be careful not to put it on painted body panels.

You're probably better off to cover the yellow with black paint. Take your wheels off, and spray it with some rattle can black.
