Default Spotting on black rubber window trim

Hello I have a 2004 a4 avant and the back most side window trim has whitish spots on it. I have tried scrubbing, 303, cleaner wax, spit and I can not seem to get them to go away. Any suggestions? It rained a day after applying 303 the last time and it seemed to make it worse. The rest of the window trim is fine as it is a different material.

Thanks.

Yes, if you're talking about the black trim...try a rubber conditioner. I know mothers is pretty good.
