I believe it's possible but the farther away the MBC is from the turbo, the longer it takes for it to do its thing. You will get increased lag times or something like that.

yes its possible but you dont want to run the piping all the way to the cab. like paintball said itt will increase the lag in responce time. but you can get systems that are desgined to work in the cab
