My antenna amp and key less entry work intermittently. Usually in the morning neither work. as the day warms up and moisture dries up they both work. The keyless entry works more often than the antenna amp. Any ideas?

I had to have most of the antenna and wiring replaced (under warranty) by my dealer. He told me it's a common problem, works fine now but I'm sure it cost a pretty penny.
