Hi Guys, I'm new here, from South Africa and would greatly appreciate your assistance please 🙏.

My car is on safe mode after battery was flat and taken out to charge.

Symptoms are:

1) Cluster doesn't work ( only time and mileage works when I press the left button on the cluster, then a sign showing a circle with "km/h and a "2" when I press both buttons.

2) Windows, Sunroof, Steering functions and boot unlock don't work.

3) I don't have voltage on fuses F6 to F12 in the front fuse box.

4) Car swings but does not start.

5) Radio goes to safe mode everytime I remove terminals. ( This never happened when I removed the battery before)6) Immobilizer L.E.D works now but never did prior to all this.

I don't have VCDS and no access to anyone who does as I am far out an no one is willing to travel out. They want me to bring in the car to them but the car doesn't start, so is there anyway to solve this without VCDS please 🙏.
