My 2021 Q5e Nav system won't come up, stays stuck in Intitalizing. That also fails the sign recognition. Before I drive to the dealer, is there a way to force a reboot/reset? All the info I found was on previous versions of MMI, not the touch screen version I have.

Brought my 2021 q7 in for the fourth time. They now tell me that they don’t have a fix for it and think they will have one on first quarter of 2023. I have contacted Audi and I qualify for a buyback. Complete bullshit. They should rip out the MMI and replace it with a new one, they state it is rare for this to happen so to me the fox is replace the whole thing

I had a recall last month for issues with the rear view camera, Audi said the fix was in that update. So far I have not had any issues
