A4 b7 rear right door will not lock + Window does not respond (from the switch on the door or on the drivers door)

ive checked the fuse which seems fine, when I lock the door the indicators no longer flash but locks everything apart from the rear right door (when I open the car the indicators flash normally) I have absolutely no idea what could be wrong with it, any ideas?
