Not sure if this is the best location for this thread but i'm looking for as much help as possible.

I have a 2009 A3 and I'm having issues with my rear end lights. It started off with the drivers side LED light not working. Then it started with the blinker not working in that unit. Two days later the passenger rear light having similar issues. I have read online on a few different sites that the rear lights especially with the led's don't last long and run into issues like this. I'm asking if that is correct and if there is a way i can fix it without replacing the entire rear light assembly. Also if i do need to replace the unit is there a vendor on this site that i can deal with or is it just dealer?
