electrical issue....she caught fire
 

anyone ever have any electrical issues leading to a fire? my 1995 audi a6 caught fire behind the dash. after some exploration it seems to have started from my odometer. It melted it and the back of my cluster and my heating tube above it. Anyone know where to start looking for the problem?

also that same day I had replaced the cigarette lighter. not sure theyre connected at all but, it's just a weird coincidence.
