Awesome! Would this same method apply for subwoofer enclosures? For instance, let's say I wanted to make an enclosure for my sub in the left rear corner of my trunk where the CD changer is. Would I just rip everything out, coat everything with tape/foil, and then fiberglass? Or is it more complicated than that?

Hi Worlddre and friends-
I've been using Dynaudio for 14 years now, and only recently left anything for a long period of time in my car - that being the Genesis/Scanspeak 7"s, and Hiquphon tweeters. I've been using Dyn's Esotar set for the longest, but have used Micro Precision (seen at the top of this post), RS Audio Pro Series - AWESOME German components, Seas Lotus Reference w/ silk tweeters - Again, great speakers, Image Dynamics horns powered by a 6 watt class A Tube amp, AVI's BSM series, etc. I'm sure there are others, and if I haven't owned them, I've heard them in another friends car. I'm a high-end junkie, so I've had numerous CD players, amps, speakers, and subs throughout the years, but I feel my current install won't change much - if at all - for quite a while. I'm currently a dealer for several of my favorite high end brands, and do about 2 installs per month.

Here's some recent photos from IASCA's World Finals where I placed 4th in Pro Street, 11th in SQC (hahah...WTF???), and 7th in ISQC....yes, it was a VERY strange outcome. My car will be on display at SEMA, CES, and USACi World Finals. Anyway, I'm currently building up the system in Robyn's Scion tC. She's the shorty next to me in the pics, and her system will be: Alpine IVA-W200 & PXA-H701, Arc Audio FD4150 & FD1200.1, Dynaudio's new components, (2) 12" ARC subs.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now for some SWEET pics of random cars/stereos at the show....

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I need to show pics of the new rims and soon-to-be-installed Milltek 3" cat back exhaust and down pipes.
