how do you "recode" steering column module?
 

I replaced steering column control module on 02 a4 with a new used one (correct #) Did solve most my electrical problems that were not working, however, vag says incorrect vin # and my flashers go off soon as I connect battery, thinking that's an alarm issue. Can anyone help walk me though recoding steering column control module with vag com?

Found answer in ross tech wiki site, in case anyone else is looking. Problem solved, flashers was just alarm, my alarm horn doesn't happen to work, so confused me!
