Hey all,

I have an '06 A3 with the Concert / Subwoofer (non-Bose) setup. I bought a new Kenwood receiver from Crutchfield, and they recommended a Crux SWRAD-55 adapter to enable the steering wheel controls.

I installed the adapter and the controls didn't work. Spent some time on the phone with tech support, and they sent me a replacement adapter. I installed that one tonight and the steering wheel controls still don't respond.

Anyone have any experience with this? Any thoughts on why it's not working? I'm glad to have fully integrated Bluetooth audio and calling through the speakers (finally), but I'm really missing the steering wheel controls!
