Sirius traffic all of a sudden stopped working. Sirius sent new signals, no luck. Someone said turn the radio off and then on to reset. It didn't work. Now Sirius says it is an Audi problem and I need an upgrade on software. The Sirius radio does work and my subscriptions are current. Any help is welcome.

 

the exact same thing happened to me. i called audi dealer. there is no software update... called sirius, they said i needed to take the car in to replace the sat module in the radio. researched this and it could possibly be the antenna, as it runs to the trunk and gets kinked when opening and closing the trunk... however... my radio reads an update error, not antenna error...
will try coaxial fix thru trunk first.
