Default there is no ignition and there is no signs on the instrument cluster

my Audi q5 2010 it was at idling suddenly when I removed the ignition key to try the central locking put the ignition key in the ignition lock to switch on the ignition there is no response and there is no signs on the instrument cluster I checked the battery voltage , voltage stabilizer control , power supply ,fuses and relays , battery isolation all was ok and the diagnosis device could not read all the control units need advice please

Is your steering locked??? I had this happen to me at a gas station... The steering is locked, try turning the wheel both ways while turning the key to unlock it... That should help..
