i would like to get this but if you decrease the rate because of low budget i am unable to get at this time. I also want to know some information that diverter valve directs the hot water to the radiators but why the radiators not getting hot when the heating is turned on.

 

Diverter valves have absolutely nothing to do with heating and cooling. These are for the recirculation of un-used boost pressure in the intake of a turbocharged motor. And the last part of what you said... uhh..... WTF?!

 

As the guy below your post already mentioned, DVs have nothing to do with heating and cooling your system
These are for people who chipped their cars and want to replace OEM plastic DV which usually fails under high boost or for someone who wants a better look.
