For the TIP chip are you selling the whole TCU or just the Chip? Also what is the TCU # that the chip is in?

if the guy above bails out on you, i'll be next in line for the k04. before i go ahead and buy that turbo though, i want to know if that turbo will fit on a 2000 s4 or not. the research that i did showed that it will fit, but will i need to get any other parts or will it be a direct drop in. i know that these are probably stupid questions, but i'm new in this audi world and would love to change the turbos i got right now. once i do drop in the turbos you're selling, would i need to get a new ecu for my car and have it tuned, or would a simple chip do? please let me know, and thanks for all the help beforehand....
