Here above is just a Photochop I did of some 19" rs6 knockoff wheels. I was wondering about just the fitiment of the wheels, and whether these will clear the brakes on the 2001 S4. I am fairly confident that the wheels will fit without rubbing with a 235/35/19 tire and minimal lowering.

They should fit fine. I had a set of 19" bbs ch's that were 8.5 " wide on an 01 a4 with the sport suspension and they didn't rub at all. I also had 235/35/R19 tires.
