I'm trying to light up my grill with some sort of strip. The thinner the better, cause I have 2005.5 A4 and i want to try to run it along the outside of the chrome and light it up amber like the parking lights are.

Does anyone have any ideas of the materials to use to do this?

 

Are you thinking of doing a strip of LEDs? Being that it is your front grille you are looking to mod, you will have an easier access to your running light wires if you wanted to tap into them, having the grille lights come on anytime the parking lights are on. I'm interested in seeing this mod done...post pics if you figure something out
