u cant put 19s on any type of car. Just check ur specs and make sure to buy the right bolt pattern. i Have 19s on my car running 245/35/19

 

Go to www.tirerack.com and use the program on there to see the tires/wheels that fit the car, and opt up to the 19" wheels. They'll tell you what to run for tires. Or use Google and search "tire calculator" and you'll be able to use one to figure it out.
