HID kit for 2006 B7?

Looking for an HID kit...didn't feel like spending the money on the tech package. Where can i find a full HID kit for the 2006 Audi B7?

I feel ya. I didnt wanna pay for the option either so the first thing I did was purchase a conversion kit and have been very happy with it. I purchased mines on ebay for 300.00 back in May from this company: http://www.proxenon.com/.

RE: HID kit for 2006 B7?

Let me just say that I am about to tear my dashboard apart and yank that damm chime/buzzard right out!! Its really getting annoying.. Here is what I wrote in a post that btw no-one has repied to:

"I got my A4 without the lighting package so I immediately after purchasing got an HID conversion kit installed. At the time of installation the tech explained that since the factory bulbs are in essence disconnected so the computer will warn me that there is a problem with the headlights. He said this is normal on all audi's and that there is not much he can do to get rid of it, which knda makes sense to me. I dont care much about the warning on the dash but what really is getting to me is the constant beeping!!! every time the computer decides to blink the warning about the front headlights and fog lights not working. Sometimes it beeps continuously non stop. I kinda got used to it especially since I always have my system blasting and never hear it anyways, but its not cool when you are on a romantic date or something and the darn thing goes crazy and then you have to explain why your brand new car is constantly beeping. Anyways so my question is. Is there a way to fool the car into thinking the lights are ok? If not can I at least somehow kill/disconnect the chime/beep?"
