If I lowered 1.5 could i fit 18's?????

Default If I lowered 1.5 could i fit 18's?????
On 1997 A4 2.8Q if i lowered with Bilstien/H&R 1.5 could i fit 18x7 or 18x8??? What do you guys reccomend??? Help!!!
