Am in Zambia, AFRICA. Do you think it would help to replace the halogen bulbs in them. I was told, i need to replace the head lamps by a friend

i would replace the bulbs first before you do anything else. If you feel confident in swapping bulbs u can replace the bulbs with and hid kit. DDMTUNING.COM
