Default need a good balance in NJ

I need to find a good shop in North New Jersey to balance my 19's. I went to Rayco 46 in Lodi (or was that Rapeco) and they charged me $180 and they were no better than when I had gotten there.

by balance do you mean mounting the tires on the rims and balancing it there? or putting rims/tires on your car?

I mean I need to have the rim & tire balanced. (the tires are on the rims) not a mount and balance.
