My fiance' bought me some new tails for x-mas. I like the look, just curious what you all thought? I am going to replace the chrome strip on the bottom with the color matched one of my stock tails. I was just in a hurry to get them on at the time.

I finally took the mudflaps off..lol. Now she just needs to be lowered, tinted, shoe'd up, etc....

Thank you sir. They do make them with a silver / chrome background also although I personally am not too fond of all chrome tails. Then again they may look good on a silver car?

 

why are the strips under the tails chrome? but yea they do look good. is your car volcano black? i like that color

Yes it is the Volcano Black, thank you. The tails came with the chrome strips on there and an extra set in soild black too. Like stated above, I am going to replace the chrome with the color matched ones off of the stock tails. I was in a hurry when I got them and just put them on how they came out of the box.

I've been thinking about that. I would like to get a lot more HP out of the car then de-badge and make her a sleeper Honestly I will probably tint the windows next, then lower, then wheels. I need to sell a set of 24's that came off of my truck before I can buy new wheels or wait till tax return time.

i really really like the color of your a4, ive never seen it before and it looks good, but those tail lights, im not sure about, but its your car so if you like it thats all that matters..but if i were you id take some sealer around the whole edge of the tail lights, the aftermarkets are very likly to have cheap sealant and crack and you get condensation in the tail light, ,just a precaution for you, id know from expierence with my previouse cars. just buy some clear GOOP automotive sealer and jam it in where the peices meet and let it harden..
