Rear Left involved rear-end collision
 

Hello, I was involved rear-end collision but the suspect escaped during I try to take control of my car. I took my car to repair shop but the shop did not say to replace wheel. I am not US citizen but live in the US and I have no idea which part the repair shop will replace. I asked all damaged part should be replaced but it seems repair shop won't replace the damaged wheel. I attached a photo, what do you think, the wheel is still good condition or need to be replaced? I think the wheel does not reliable enough and the tire is the same. Side wall had damaged and the risk of flat tire is higher than others. In the US these damage is not repair or replaced by insurance coverage?:confused:
