Default removed license plate frame, fillers for holes?

I'm new to Audi's and this is in regards to a 2001 A4 1.8t Quattro that has a front plate frame. I want to remove the frame because in PA we don't use front plates. If I remove this, It looks like it'll leave me some ugly holes in the bumper. Is this so? and if this is true, are there any solutions to this other than buying a different bumper? I know Honda makes fillers for the holes that are just little bumps. They look much better than a hole does.

I dont think the 1.8t has a filler plate, the only b5 hat has it is the s4. i do however know you can cover the holes with a euro number plate

That seems to be what I found too haha. The bumper needs repainted anyways, so I'll either find a replacement bumper without the holes or do like you suggested and get a euro plate. Thanks for the help!
