If you mean a full polished look, similar to a chrome finish, yes they can - anything aluminum can be polished. Use Google and try "metal polishing _____" with the name of your city in the blank, and see what comes up. If that fails, check around town with machine shops or anything like that, or check www.fixrim.com and ask what they'd charge, or if they could recommend someone to you.
