Were can I get the little covers for the front bumper on my S4. The things that look like are meant for headlight squirter or something.

FWIW, the parts you're refering to usually come in primer(unpainted) and must be painted-to-match. I'm able to obtain the part#s 4U, but you'll ultimately require the services of your local bodyshop.
