I took a risk (mistake one) and purchased a high kick deck lid spoiler from cuztom_tuning on eBay for my 2024 A5 2 door coupe with S Line trim and black optic package.

I finally got around to putting it on the car last week ........ BUT it does not fit !

Problem is that I purchased it in January and it was too cold to take the standard black optic spoiler off (mistake two), so of couse the seller is saying it is well past the return window and will not take it back or refund it.

He says I can sell it - but has no idea why it does not fit (or care ) or what car it is meant to fit on ............... but how can I sell it if i have no idea what car it does fit?

eBay item description said "FOR 2018-24 AUDI A5 S5 RS5 2 DOOR COUPE B9 ENL STYLE CARBON FIBER TRUNK SPOILER" and ebay compatibility check said it will fit my car

I know that 2024 cars are B9.5 but does anyone know if there is any diference on the deck lids? - I don't think there is.

As you can see in the pictures the plan view sweep radius of the carbon spoier is much flatter - could it be for a sport back or even an A4 ?

I can sell it at a much reduced price if we can work out what car it will fit ....

Does anyone else use automated triggers to change their phone's environmental settings as soon as they launch a specific entertainment app? I'm talking about automatically turning on "Do Not Disturb" mode, locking the screen orientation, and setting the screen brightness to a specific level for better visibility. Doing all of that manually every time I want to watch a stream or play a casual match is starting to get pretty old.

You're describing Pétanque perfectly! It's a fantastic game that fits all those criteria. I learned more about it at https://www.petanquenz.com/. Pétanque is a non-contact sport from the boules family that began in Provence, and while it's non-contact, it's 100% emotional and highly strategic. One throw can definitely turn the tide of the game, making it incredibly competitive. It involves placing your boule as close as possible to a small target ball, called a choson, or strategically knocking out opponents' boules. The game is played with metal boules on compacted soil or gravel courts and offers great mental challenge.

Our university research team recently upgraded our local workstation computers to the latest desktop models running Apple's operating system. We frequently need to download large, open-source datasets from various international archives, but our campus network often throttles our download speeds whenever we connect to external file-sharing servers. We need a secure method to hide our traffic type from the university's network monitors so we can utilize our full bandwidth. Where can we find a suitable tool?

Planning on buying an SQ5 whenever I can find a deal good enough. I’m seeing that the non air suspension cars are cheaper (obviously). I’ve test driven two with the air suspension, but honestly can’t really tell the difference much when driving between comfort and dynamic.

Does the regular suspension really feel that much different than air? Would it be a make or break for you? Is there more body roll or does it feel floatier? Does the steel spring suspension feel planted to the ground the same as the dynamic air?

Going to test drive one next week as long as it doesn’t sell. Figured I’d get some opinions ahead of time.

Thanks!

My 2016 A6 TDI has about 160K miles on it. Front wheel bearings were replaced at different times a while back when moderate turn-induced side loading raised squeals, and the noise went away. Now I have road-speed based noise--not really a squeal and not obviously sensitive to turn loading--but cannot seem to narrow the cause. Could be tire noise, thought the Michelin CrossClimates look and measure in decent shape. Though the boots show no cracks or leaks, do CV joints wear out and make such noises. Are there some propeller shaft joints that might sound the same? How best to localize the cause?

Also have a 2015 Q5 TDI with about 95K miles on it, and just had both front wheel bearings on it replaced as one really started howling. That noise was cured, but now I hear the same road-speed based noise as that on the A6. The Q5 has Michelin Defender LTX tires, also appearing in decent shape.

Feel like I need microphones (vibe sensor accelerometers) placed in twelve places underneath and monitored, but zero idea where that capability exists outside of car manufacturer design testing labs!

Hello everyone.

I'm trying to understand the benefits of upgrading the airflow system on my diesel truck, especially for towing and daily driving. There are many aftermarket options that claim improvements in throttle response, fuel economy, and overall efficiency, but the results seem mixed.

Can anyone explain 6.7 cummins intake horn makes a noticeable difference in real-world performance, or is it mostly minor?

I'm looking for honest feedback from people who have actually installed it on a 6.7 Cummins, especially regarding towing, daily reliability, and whether supporting modifications are needed to see real gains compared to the stock intake setup.
